With effective from 1 January 2022, the payment of levies payable by sellers and purchasers of securities to the Financial Reporting Council (“FRC Transaction Levy”) (including applicable to initial public offer share (“IPO Shares”) and preferential offer for IPO Shares). FRC Transaction Levy is calculated at 0.00015% per side of the consideration of a transaction (rounded to the nearest cent). There is no FRC Transaction Levy on securities market making transactions, sales and purchases of China Connect Securities through the use of the China Connect Service by a China Connect Exchange Participant, or stock option transactions.
